Olympic National Park
This is a tribute to the place I’ve called home most of my adult life. It’s that helped hone my illustration skills, affirmed my love of the outdoors, and shaped the path I’m on right now as an illustrator and artist. I am forever grateful for the sparkly bodies of water, the constant grey sky and drizzles, and the majestic mountains that became part of my molecules.
In the national park's higher elevations, deciduous forests thin out and give way to lush alpine meadows filled with wildflowers. Wildlife roam, and hawks soar.
In the lower elevation, dense deciduous forest take over the landscape. Moss, lichens and ferns carpet the ground, and abundant fungi give pops of colors in the otherwise dark green forest.
